Yes, we train all of our staff in house to ensure that they are qualified ninjas. We also make sure all of our teachers have a qualification in food hygiene too.
We like to make our clubs as inclusive as possible, all of our recipes are nut free. If your child has an allergy or food intolerance to any of our ingredients then we ask you to supply an alternative ingredient to ensure that it is safe for your child to handle and eat (for example gluten free flour). We will send out the advance schedule of ingredients/ recipes once your child is signed up so that we can discuss fully.
If your child has an anaphalaxis allergy to something other than nuts then we may ask a parent to be present during the class to ensure that your child is safe and an epi pen can be administered should it be required. If you have any questions about allergies and the suitability of our clubs for your child then please do get in touch so that we can discuss in full.
Yes, all of our recipes are vegetarian.
Your child will need to bring an apron and something for them to transport their finished recipes home in (a Tupperware box or similar is ideal).
No, we supply all ingredients for all recipes.
Yes and yes. We teach the children knife skills through many of our recipes. We recognise that knives can be dangerous and therefore use special knives which cut food but won’t cut skin to train the children to use knives safely.
